Ordering by Phone

 

Please call us on (02) 9564 3555 during business hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday and 7pm on Thursdays) and our staff will be happy to take your order. Please have your credit card details or method of payment ready when you make your call. If you ring outside business hours, we do have an answering machine – if you leave a message on the machine, we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

We endeavour to keep to the prices listed in our catalogue. However, prices are subject to change without notice. In the case of any items shown as “Clearance Items,” we may not be able to source more stock once we run out – if the item has gone Out of Stock or Out of Print at the relevant publisher.

Order Processing

 

If the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of your order (unless otherwise advised). Books on backorder may need to be imported from overseas; in which case the lead time may be up to five weeks, and of course depending on the publisher’s stocks.

Returns

 

If, for any reason, you're not happy with an item you purchased via our website, contact us to arrange a Return Authorisation, and then return the item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of that product (excluding shipping).
